Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a friendly Part-Time Server to work 6am-2pm and 4pm-8pm in our senior living communities. You will serve meals, maintain sanitation, and support a welcoming dining experience for residents and guests.

Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required. You will follow safety practices, perform side work, handle resident concerns with professionalism, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner to residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure residents and guests receive high-quality food in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior, with good personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns and complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Follow all Dining Services standards of service.
