CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Part-Time Server to support our senior living communities. The role requires serving meals with a customer-first mindset, ensuring sanitation and safety, and assisting staff as needed.

This position emphasizes teamwork and professional conduct in a resident-centered environment. Shifts run 8am-2pm and 4pm-8pm, with duties including table service, prompt meal delivery, and adherence to service standards.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner, pleasing residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure high quality food is delivered in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a positive attitude, professional behavior and good personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns and complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
