Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a part-time Server to support our senior living communities. Shifts include 6:00–14:00 or 16:00–20:00, with duties to serve meals, maintain sanitation, and assist as needed to ensure a superior dining experience for residents and guests.

Strong customer service and teamwork are essential, with prior restaurant experience preferred but not required. The position emphasizes professionalism, hygiene, and timely service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display a teamwork attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner to residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties.
• Ensure high quality food is served in a timely fashion.
• Maintain professionalism and personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns tactfully and professionally.
• Follow Dining Services Standards of service.
