Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a part-time Server to join our dining services. The position runs 8am-2pm and 4pm-8pm, and you will serve meals while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions. You will uphold high standards of service, ensuring residents and guests are attended to promptly and professionally.

You will work to provide friendly, courteous customer service in a teamwork-oriented environment, with the potential for advancement within our community-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner, demonstrating a genuine concern to please residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure that residents and guests receive high quality food in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professional behavior, and practice good personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Tactfully and professionally, handle resident concerns and complaints.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
