Frederick Living's Servers play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents and their guests. Server team members support meal service, maintain dining room standards, and ensure a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment.

This Part Time Server position runs 3:30pm-7:30pm, every other weekend and holiday rotation. Starting pay is $13.75 per hour, plus an additional $1.00 on weekends.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Demonstrates respect, integrity, compassion, and excellence.
• Commitment to person-centered care.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain positive relationships.

Responsabilités

• Create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests.
• Follow established style, sequence, and order of service in dining rooms and at special events.
• Complete assigned pre-service and post-service side work.
• Follow all safety and sanitation rules and procedures.
• Maintain strong communication and rapport with residents and coworkers.
• Follow instructions and work collaboratively with the dining team.
• Report any issues or concerns to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Adhere to appearance, uniform, and work performance standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and neat work environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of fire safety procedures.
• Assist with evacuations in emergency situations as needed.
• Protect the confidentiality of resident information.
• Cooperate with other departments to support overall operations.
• Abide by the organizations code of conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned
