Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain any required local or state food handling, supervision, or sanitation certifications.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders, relay to kitchen staff, and deliver meals to residents and guests.
• Respond to resident and guest requests in a timely manner and engage with diners to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure beverages are properly prepared and orders meet quality standards, including temperature and presentation.
• Assist with meal preparation and dining room sanitation and organization.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the dining area and adhere to sanitation protocols.
• Complete temperature logs during shifts to ensure safety compliance.
