Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Part-time Server to join our dining team. You will deliver high-quality dining experiences, take orders, serve meals, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area for residents and guests.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 18+ years of age, English proficiency, and Food Handler Certification. Previous Assisted Living exposure is desirable; wine service may be involved based on state regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Must be 18 years or older and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate standard dining service equipment and maintain safety.
• Must have Food Handler Certification and meet state regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dining service by taking orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests.
• Maintain clean, sanitary dining areas and reset tables for subsequent service.
• Greet residents, assist with menu selections, and accommodate dietary needs.
• Assist with seating, tray retrieval, and room service as needed.
• Report safety or equipment issues to Supervisor and follow all policies.
