Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server for our community restaurant in Burr Ridge, IL. You will help create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver service as in a guest-focused restaurant.

Responsibilities include guiding residents, taking orders via a POS system, and completing opening/closing dining room duties. Part-time role with benefits and opportunities for Daily Pay and discounts through Perk Spot.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving roles within community or restaurant settings.
• Must have a Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one.
• Strong customer service and presentation skills.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist with drinks.
• Relay orders to the kitchen via the POS system.
• Perform opening and closing dining room duties as required by the community.
