Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server to create enjoyable dining experiences for residents in a warm, community setting. You will work with a collaborative team, respond to feedback, and contribute to a caring environment.

Role emphasizes patient, friendly service in casual and fine dining, with responsibilities spanning tray assistance, order taking, table service, and room deliveries as needed. On-site hours and community-centric culture await.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age or older.
• No previous work experience required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits within two weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require a work permit; guidance provided by Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining by carrying trays, offering beverages, and proactively meeting service needs.
• Provide excellent service in Fine Dining by greeting tables, guiding menu selections, taking orders, and serving courses.
• Maintain a clean dining area by clearing and resetting tables, handling dishes, and refilling water carafes.
• Assist with cleaning tasks and room service deliveries with a friendly attitude.
• Listen to resident feedback and share with a manager when needed.
• Support supervisors by performing additional tasks as assigned.
