Job summary

Provident Crossings Retirement Community in Round Rock, TX seeks a Part-Time Server to create enjoyable dining experiences for residents. You’ll work with a collaborative team, respond to feedback, and contribute to a caring community environment.

No prior experience required; you’ll receive guidance while you gain real-world hospitality skills in both Casual and Fine Dining settings. This role offers flexible hours and a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age or older.
• No previous work experience is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits within two weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require certain applicants to obtain a work permit before beginning employment.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining by carrying trays, offering beverages, and proactively meeting service needs.
• Create memorable moments in Fine Dining by greeting tables, guiding menu selections, taking orders, and serving beverages to desserts.
• Keep the dining room looking its best by clearing and resetting tables, handling dishes, and refilling water carafes.
• Help keep things clean and organized by vacuuming carpets, cleaning the salad bar, and completing other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
