Job summary

University of North Dakota seeks a part-time, non-benefited student employee to support daily sales reporting, audit meal plan charges, and routine office tasks. The role includes data entry, file maintenance, and assisting with deposits and inventory counts in Micro Markets.

This on-campus position requires weekday availability 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., 10–15 hours per week, with a $15.00 hourly wage and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., during regular office hours.
• Driver’s License
• Criminal history records check
• This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily sales reporting
• Audit daily meal plan charges
• Assist with monthly inventory counts within the Micro Markets
• Data entry
• Establishes, maintains, processes, and/or updates files, records, and/or other documents.
• Answers telephones, routes call, takes messages, and provides general information.
• Work with the Account Technician and submitting and double-checking deposit forms.
• Other office duties as assigned.
• Assist with filling or collecting from vending and laundry machines.
