Job summary

The University of North Dakota is seeking a part-time, non-benefited student to assist with the development and maintenance of web-based applications. This on-campus role supports database design and management and builds features using PHP, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.

You will test, troubleshoot, and document changes while collaborating with a team and meeting deadlines. The position offers 20 hours per week at $19 per hour and does not provide visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Experience with programming/development.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and be a team player.
• Experience with PHP, JS, SQL, HTML, or CSS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and maintenance of web-based applications.
• Support the design and management of databases to meet departmental needs.

• Test applications and help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.

• Follow established programming standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
