Job summary

HDR is seeking a Digital Design Wayfinding Specialist to support signage and wayfinding through BIM production and coordination. You will manage discipline models, ensure correct asset data, and collaborate with engineers and architects on large-scale infrastructure projects.

The role emphasizes proficiency in 3D design software, attention to detail, and strong communication within a multidisciplinary team. Part-time schedule with regular employment status is offered.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or a minimum of 3 years related industry experience.
• Proficient with 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and communication tools.
• Experience with 3D Coordination tools.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work for the signage and wayfinding discipline under the direct supervision of a technical professional.
• Generate BIM elements based on the Level of Development (LOD) in the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project scope.
• Create and maintain the discipline model, systems, content, and digital delivery outputs.
• Coordinate with architect/engineer or other technical professionals for project guidance.
• Accurately model BIM elements in the correct constraints using current 3D software.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, schedules, and diagrams within scope, schedule, and budget.
