Job summary

HDR is seeking a Digital Design Wayfinding Specialist to develop BIM-based signage and wayfinding models across multiple project types. You will work under supervision to create disciplined models, manage content, and drive the 3D coordination process with architects and engineers.

The role requires a technical degree or 3 years in the field, strong communication, and proficiency with 3D design tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or 3 years related industry experience.
• Experience with 3D coordination tools.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Model discipline BIM elements according to the Level of Development in the Digital Delivery Plan.
• Create and maintain the discipline model and related content.
• Coordinate design with other discipline models during reviews and 3D coordination.
• Produce documentation with accurate annotations and schedules.
• Ensure asset data parameters support procurement and facility management.
