Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity with proper documentation.
• Communicate professionally with drivers, employees, visitors and site representatives.
