United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism (USCJ) is seeking 2–3 part-time team members to grow our digital publishing and education platform. The roles require versatility across design, social media, SEO, WordPress, Jewish studies, and editorial work, with a focus on collaboration and proactive scheduling.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with strong writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Create visuals and content for web, social, and print using brand templates.
• Manage email lists, social channels, and content calendars.
• conduct keyword research and optimize pages for search engines.
• Build and maintain pages in WordPress and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Coordinate editorial content and source material in Hebrew/Aramaic when needed.
• Oversee project timelines, schedules, and team collaboration.
• Prepare emails and manage WhatsApp communications with the audience.
• Record, edit, and produce audio content for podcasts.
• Explore AI tools to improve efficiency in a small non‑profit setting.
