Brigham Young University (BYU) seeks a part-time Digital Prepress Technician to support the BYU Print and Mail shop. The role handles variable data, prepress tasks, and mail production, with on‑the‑job training provided for workflows, software, and procedures.

You will work roughly 28 hours per week, contributing to quality control, file preparation, and customer collaboration to ensure accurate, timely proofs and mailing outputs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of data entry or office experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Variable data production and mail list processing per job specs.
• Generate digital proofs for customer approval and route to production.
• Prepare and validate digital address lists for mailing.
• Review files to ensure print readiness and meet production requirements.
• Coordinate with customer consultants to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
