Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to support our long-term care community in Waycross, GA for about 10 hours per week. This role offers a flexible schedule and drive time pay, with excellent pay for the right credentials.

Responsibilities include completing nutrition assessments, documenting via the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the care plan team, completing MDS - Section K, calculating TF, and advising on wounds and weight changes.

Qualifications

• Must be credentialed by the CDR and hold current dietetic licensure.
• Positive attitude with a client-centered approach and strong communication.
• Experience in clinical nutrition within long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF.
• Make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
