Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team. This part-time opportunity serves our long-term care community in Decatur, GA, at 24 hours per week, with a hybrid remote schedule considered.

You will complete clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team, complete MDS Section K, and advise on wounds and weight changes. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay are available.

Competenze

• CDR credential required.
• Dietetic licensure required.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach.
• Strong communication skills.

Mansioni
