Job summary

Elior North America is hiring a Part-Time Registered Dietitian for our healthcare team near West Monroe, LA. The role involves assessing nutrition needs for patients, initiating interventions, and improving quality of life in alignment with patient goals.

This position is scheduled for 8–12 hours per week, supporting Franklin Medical Center and Richardson Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have strong nutrition expertise and licensure as required by the state.

Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field.
• Master’s degree in nutrition or related field preferred.
• Passed the CDR exam or meets eligibility requirements.
• Completes ongoing CE hours every five years as per CDR guidelines.
• Licensed or certified as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the healthcare team and educate patients and staff.
• Adhere to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures related to dining services and nutrition.
• Contribute to quality improvement programs through reviews and revisions.
