Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Operate dishwasher and monitor water temperature.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Sweep and mop kitchen and maintain floors.
• Carry out trash and garbage disposal.
• Leave kitchen clean and sanitary, assist cook or supervisor.
• Participate in orientation and training of dietary staff.
