Qualifications

• Tenth grade or above desirable.
• ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred, or other food safety certification as required in state or county of facility.
• Experience in food service desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and pre-portions food for meals and events using proper food handling techniques.
• Uses standardized recipes to prepare items and ensure meals are served attractively.
• Ensures meals are delivered on time and portions are correct.
• Maintains proper food temperatures and logs them.
• Works as part of a team and interacts positively with residents, families, and visitors.
