HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress in Cypress, TX is hiring a Part-Time Dialysis RN to deliver high-quality renal care in our Acute Renal Dialysis unit. Join a team of board-certified nephrologists in a 165+ bed hospital, with strong interdisciplinary support.

This role offers a 2-day-per-week schedule, 7a-7p with rotating weekends, and close collaboration with inpatient and outpatient teams to ensure safe, evidence-based dialysis treatment and patient advocacy.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing is required.
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Texas RN license within 90 days of hire).
• Current BLS Certification is required.
• 1 year of RN Dialysis working experience required.
• BSN is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plans and administers comprehensive renal care to adult dialysis patients in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards.
• Maintains continuous communication with the primary nurse before, during, and after treatments.
• Manages both acute and chronic dialysis treatment modalities in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Independently executes tasks in the complete lifecycle of dialysis treatment, including assessment, initiation, monitoring, and termination.
• Upholds clinical compliance by aligning interventions with PSHA, AMI guidelines, and local regulations.
