Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Part-Time Dialysis Nurse to join its clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide direct hemodialysis care, educate patients on renal health, and support the nursing team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supervising dialysis technicians, monitoring patient responses, coordinating with physicians, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current State appropriate or Compact RN License.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in any practice area.
• Minimum of three months of Dialysis experience required.
• BLS Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care, perform assessments, educate patients on renal health, treatment, and self-care.
• Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians, supervise their performance, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
• Monitor patient response to dialysis, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure accurate documentation of interventions and outcomes.
• Work closely with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care, report critical lab results, and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records, ensure timely completion of care plans, and adhere to safety and regulatory protocols.
