Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Part-Time Dialysis Nurse to join our team in Georgia. The role involves direct hemodialysis care, patient education, and collaboration with physicians to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate, team-oriented RN with strong communication skills, at least 1 year of nursing experience, and dialysis exposure (minimum 3 months). BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current State RN license or Compact license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in any practice area.
• Minimum 3 months of dialysis experience required.
• BLs Provider certification

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care, assess patients, administer medications, educate on renal health.
• Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians and supervise their performance.
• Monitor patient response, adjust treatment plans, document interventions and outcomes.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare staff; report critical lab results.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
