Concerto Renal Services is seeking an RN for the Greater Atlanta Region. The role involves providing hemodialysis care, leading a team, and ensuring patient education. Candidates should have a graduate nursing degree, a valid RN license, and dialysis experience.

The position requires a compassionate individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient safety. The hourly rate ranges from $40 to $50, depending on experience.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• Current RN license in the state or compact.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
• 3 months of dialysis experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct hemodialysis care and perform assessments.
• Monitor patient response to dialysis and adjust treatment plans.
• Educate patients on renal health and self-care.
• Supervise dialysis technicians and ensure compliance.
• Maintain electronic medical records and follow safety protocols.
