Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join our team in Columbus, OH. The RN will supervise dialysis care, perform direct patient care, educate patients on renal health, and coordinate with physicians to ensure continuous treatment.

Requirements include RN license, BLS, and dialysis exposure. The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current State RN license or a Compact license.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience in any practice area.
• Minimum of three months dialysis experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Mansioni

• Provide direct hemodialysis care and educate patients on renal health and self-care.
• Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians and supervise performance.
• Monitor patient response to dialysis and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care and report critical results.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory protocols.
