Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team in Winder, GA. You will provide direct hemodialysis care, educate patients on renal health and self-care, and ensure compliance with clinical standards.

You will supervise dialysis technicians, monitor patient responses, document interventions, and collaborate with physicians to coordinate care. A GA RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license (GA or compact).
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; 3 months dialysis experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities
