Job summary

Caracole in Cincinnati is seeking a Development Associate (PT - 24 hrs/week) to strengthen fundraising infrastructure and advance donor engagement. You will provide administrative, operational and coordination support to the Development Department.

By managing donor systems, stewardship activities and day-to-day development operations, you will enable staff, the CEO and board to focus on donor relationships, strategy and major gifts, while supporting prospect engagement and engagement of donors

Qualifications

• Experience with donor databases, CRM systems or fundraising software preferred.
• Resourceful, collaborative, with a commitment to public service and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for the Development Department, including donor database management, gift processing coordination, reporting, and scheduling.
• Maintain records and follow up on fundraising activities and donor communications.
• Advance donor stewardship through updates, impact communications, meeting logistics and timely follow-up.
• Support major gifts activities by tracking the donor pipeline and preparing materials for CEO/board engagements.
