Job summary

NWTC in Green Bay is seeking a part-time Development Assistant to support Junior Achievement of Wisconsin – NE Region’s campaigns, stewardship, events and marketing efforts. Qualifications

• Associate degree or current study in marketing or related field.
• Must be a current NWTC student.
• Eligible for work-study.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Campaigns/Stewardship: Create donor’s choice lists and company match lists; build prospect lists; identify organizations to recognize with handwritten cards.
• Sponsored Events: Maintain planning/docs; manage RSVPs and guest registrations; track budgets and invoices; attend events.
• Marketing: Assist Digital Marketing Specialist with content research; manage multi-platform content calendar; help with in-kind donations.
