Job summary

Protect Life Michigan is seeking a highly organized Part-time Event Planner to support Vision Dinners and partner events. You will manage logistics, speaker coordination, guest communication, and volunteer oversight, while maintaining donor records and consistent branding.

The role focuses on administrative tasks, CRM management, and coordinating financial partner events. 20–25 hours per week, with a semi-flexible schedule and a mission-driven team environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Vision Dinners: logistics, speakers, guests, venue, volunteers, seating and host recruitment.
• Coordinate RSVPs, seating, check-in, and partner experience flow.
• Direct event volunteers and staff roles for smooth execution.
• Support post-event follow-up and donor cultivation.
• Coordinate additional partner events throughout the year.
• Oversee event logistics including venue coordination and materials.
• Maintain detailed partner records in CRM/Google Sheets and ensure branding consistency.
