Job summary

JCC Greater Boston is seeking a Development Coordinator (Temporary – Maternity Leave Coverage) to support the Development team. The role handles event logistics, donor materials, data management, and donor communications in a fast-paced environment.

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ year in development or marketing, with strong Microsoft Office and Salesforce experience. The position offers a hybrid in-person/remote schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 1+ year in development or marketing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide fundraising and development event support from planning through post-event evaluation.
• Design and create development materials and prepare CEO/CDO meeting materials.
• Maintain accurate donor data and ensure data integrity.
• Assist with donor communications and stewardship initiatives.
• Support smaller development and Boston Jewish Film Events as needed.
