JCC Greater Boston, based in Newton, MA, seeks a Development Coordinator (Temporary – Maternity Leave Coverage) to support the Development team in planning and executing fundraising events, managing donor records, and coordinating communications. Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1+ year of development or marketing experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a motor vehicle and pass MRV review.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fundraising and development events from planning through post-event evaluation.
• Update donor data in backend systems and pull data from databases.
• Assist with budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination for events.
• Prepare fundraising materials and donor communications for stewardship initiatives.
• Support with marketing materials and CEO/CDO meetings as needed.
