Job summary

JCC Greater Boston is seeking a Development Coordinator (Temporary – Maternity Leave Coverage) to support fundraising events, donor stewardship, and day-to-day development operations. This part-time, temporary role collaborates with the Development Team to ensure events run smoothly and donor communications are timely.

Key duties include planning and executing events, updating Salesforce, preparing program books and materials, and maintaining donor data.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1+ year’s experience in development or marketing field, preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a motor vehicle and pass MRV review.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Provide fundraising and development event support from planning through post-event evaluation.
• Collaborate with the Development Team on design and planning for large events and attendee coordination.
• Update back-end Development web presence (Salesforce) and pull data from databases.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure cost-effective events.
• Assist with communications, donor stewardship, and donor materials for CEO/CDO meetings.
