TEKsystems is seeking a part-time Desktop Support Technician with strong Microsoft Intune imaging skills to join a split-site role between Princeton, NJ and West Chester, PA. The candidate will handle on-site desktop hardware issues and printer support, working autonomously with occasional remote coordination with the India team.

Responsibilities include imaging with Intune, general troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware across PCs and peripherals. This role is onsite and contract-based.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience with desktop hardware and peripherals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Intune Imaging and on-site troubleshooting.
• Ability to work autonomously on-site with limited remote backup.

Description - Part Time role. 18 hours per week

Location is split between Princeton NJ and West Chester PA

This company Trinity is support is for a company logistics for pharmaceuticals, on a weekly basis they have temp workers coming in that need to their computers / PCs imaged. This person hired will be responsible to be the onsite Desktop Support Technician. They will be responsible for any desktop related troubleshooting and Intune imaging. Must be strong with this. (Reason why current temp is being replaced). Also will have the following responsibilities.

Desktop Support & Hardware Troubleshooting this is the core of the role, covering PCs, printers, and general hardware issues.

Microsoft Intune Imaging specifically called out as a must-have, and the reason the current temp is being replaced, so this one needs to be front and center.

Independent On-Site Problem Solving since the support team is remote in India, this person needs to be able to work autonomously on-site without much hands-on backup.

Basic office trouble shooting.

Fix printers

Paper fill

All hardware troubleshooting

The support crew is out of Indian so this person will interact with the India team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
