Qualifications

• Healthcare experience required.

• Computer savvy; proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming phone calls and scheduling tasks promptly and accurately.
• Create a professional, welcoming atmosphere for patients and providers.
• Understand provider-to-patient flow and anticipate next steps.
• Perform inventory responsibilities and stock supplies as requested.
• Attend in-house training and continued education opportunities.
