Responsibilities

• Pretrial, trial, post-trial and appellate participation as required.
• Prepares litigation, deposes witnesses, and conducts bench and jury trials.
• Researches legal questions and drafts motions, pleadings, briefs and other documents.
• Complies with professional responsibility rules and upholds department values.
