Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate is required.
• Admission to the Arizona State Bar is required at appointment.
• Pre-employment background checks will be conducted and driving record review may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prosecutes or defends a variety of criminal or civil cases in multiple courts.
• Represents County departments in civil litigation and administrative matters.
• Engages in negotiations for compromise and settlement of cases and ensures compliance with Victims’ Rights.
