42 North Dental in New Jersey offers a part-time Dentist role in a established practice with a strong patient flow. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment, including in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The position features a two-Saturdays-per-month schedule and access to comprehensive benefits. Candidates hold a DMD or DDS, a current license, Hep B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR.

Formación

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics
• Stay current with new developments and CE
