Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join our team and deliver comprehensive dental care. This role covers the full patient journey from exam and treatment planning to delivery of care, including in-office specialties like periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The position features a part-time schedule with two Saturdays per month and opportunities for continuing education through our network and Harvard Rounds. Competitive benefits are available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license to practice.
• Vaccine records including Hepatitis B.
• Malpractice insurance proof.
• BLS/CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments and continuing education.

Education
