42 North Dental is hiring a Dentist to join our team in a part-time capacity. The role covers the entire clinical patient experience from exam to treatment plan, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Expect a strong patient flow and opportunities for continuing education via Harvard Rounds Network. The position offers part-time hours (two Saturdays per month 7AM-12PM) and benefits that require full-time status.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plans options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments through CE and professional development.
