Job summary

42North Dental in New Hope, PA is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our established practice. The role covers the full clinical patient experience from exam through treatment, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The position offers a part-time schedule (Saturdays monthly, with weekdays and specific holiday labor adjustments) and a benefits package including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, 401K, CE opportunities, and more.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and maintain patients' dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
