Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a part-time Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care from examination to treatment planning and delivery at our Spring House, PA practice. The role includes in-office specialty services across periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a focus on patient education and high-quality care.

The position offers a strong part-time schedule with Saturdays, competitive daily rate, and benefits for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.
