Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a part-time dentist to oversee the full clinical patient experience—from initial exam through treatment delivery. In-office services include perio, endo, oral surgery, and ortho, with a steady flow of new patients.

Responsibilities include promoting oral health, diagnosing diseases, educating patients, creating treatment plans, and maintaining records. Daily rate ranges from $750 to $900, with benefits and mentorship available.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review, interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep up-to-date with new developments and continuing education.
