Job summary

42 North Dental seeks a licensed Dentist to join our established practice where patient care and education come first. You will oversee the full clinical patient experience from examination to care delivery, with in-office periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics supporting your work.

The position is part-time with a schedule including two Saturdays per month (7 AM–12 PM) and a daily rate of $750–$900, reflecting our commitment to mentorship, continuing education, and

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices through CE courses

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry
