Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Dentist to lead comprehensive patient care from initial exam through delivery of services. The practice offers in-house specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a steady flow of new patients each month.

The Dentist will manage the entire clinical patient experience, collaborating with a network of Doctors and mentors. Daily rate ranges from $750 to $900 USD with opportunities for continuing education.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and oral tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics.
