42North Dental is seeking a Dentist for a part-time role with a strong patient flow. You will manage the entire clinical patient experience, from exam to delivery of care, including in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

Daily rate ranges from $750 to $900 USD. The position offers part-time hours, on-site work, and opportunities for ongoing CE and mentorship within a supportive network of doctors.

Formación

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license is required.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• BLS or CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through continuing education courses.

Educación

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
