Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care, from exams and treatment planning to delivery of care, across in-office specialties. The role supports a strong patient flow and opportunities for continuing education within a respected practice.

The position is part-time with two Saturday shifts monthly, and benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, and access to Harvard Rounds Network CE events.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments through continuing education.
