Advantage Solutions is seeking a Shift Coordinator to support daily store operations and events at Costco locations in New Jersey. You will assist with opening and closing operations for events and help maintain safety and cleanliness while educating customers about products.

This role requires enthusiastic, friendly delivery and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work 2-3 shifts per week including weekends, and participate in training provided.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Assist with daily store operations and event setup/teardown.
• Engage Costco members through product demonstrations and education.
• Support safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections.
• Promote products and educate customers to influence buyer behaviour.
• Work independently and with the team to ensure smooth events.
