Job summary

Hersheypark Entertainment Complex in Hershey, PA is seeking a Delivery Coordinator as a part-time team member to manage product deliveries from our Retail Warehouse to Hersheypark shops and other properties.

You will assist with pulling orders, stocking products, organizing freight, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment while supporting training and safety initiatives throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable driving various company vehicles, including a box truck.
• Friendly, upbeat, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of deliveries to retail locations and pickups/transfers from those locations.
• Pull orders, stock products in the warehouse, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist with organizing incoming freight and stocking products on warehouse shelves.
• Read order lists, pull orders accurately, and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Help train team members and ensure compliance with policies and safety requirements.
• Perform safety and maintenance walkthroughs and address issues with staff.
• Ticket incoming freight with barcode labels and perform other duties as assigned.
